What's Involved
- Start with defining your goals. Is it to get in better shape
and loose 20 lbs or is it to win a gold medal in the next Pan-Am
Games?
- Ask yourself why you need a coach. Is it to motivate or is
it to create a structured program or a little of both?
- Decide how much time and resources you are willing to dedicate.
Look at the coaching packages and see which one is right for
you. Coaching Packages >
- Complete the on-line questionnaire to help Bart get to know
you and your exercise history and your goals.
- You will receive detailed descriptions of each type of workout,
your personalized heart rate training zone information and a
training log each block (month). The log is meant to help you
focus on the prescribed workouts and for Bart to continuously
check on your progress so he can modify it along the way.
